These collective measures include stringent cleaning and hygiene practice, the correct and careful use of PPE, access to COVID testing and a clear approach to self-isolation for both residents and staff, ensuring we stay up to date on the latest national and international guidelines and practises, regular refresher training for team members, maintaining effective communication with our residents, colleagues, families and government authorities and cautious re-introduction of outside visits by family and friends. All these combine to give us a robust approach to keeping everyone safe.

In addition to this, constant monitoring at check-in and check-out for every staff member and visitor with the help of a contactless temperature screening kiosk is in place at our premises.
