Paying for care
Safeguarding for the future brings with it real peace of mind. If you are interested in funding a stay at a care home, there are many options open to you. We recommend obtaining professional advice from an independent financial adviser, who can guide you through the complex concerns and help you to understand the possibilities and benefits of financial planning.
Seeking professional guidance on how to arrange your circumstances means that, no matter what eventualities may occur, you and your loved ones are always in the best position to make choices which, depending upon individual circumstances, should allow you to stay with the care home of your choice.

Residents may manage their own finances if able to do so and must take responsibility for cash held at their own risk. There is a facility provided for the safe-keeping of money and personal possessions. Items are, however, placed at residents’ own risk.
Personal allowances are carefully managed individually, with strict accounting systems in place, and are open to review by residents and/or relatives at any time. Receipts are required for all transactions. The home’s financial accounts are independently audited annually.
